I've spent my whole life around brick and mortar livestock auctions — and in today's world, online auction platforms handle a good deal of business too. I love a rapid and clear chant, and I work on perfecting it every single day. But there's a whole lot more to getting things sold in a customer-centric environment than the chant itself.
